The success of a business organization is highly dependent on employees working together in a variety of disciplines such as accounting, marketing, human resources, and administration. A degree in Business Administration prepares students for a wide scope of disciplines in business and management. People with this training work in
organizations throughout the private sector, in not-for-profit organizations,
and in government. They are proficient in the use of computer software
and applications in addition to the special skills of their major and have
a broad understanding of business functions.
The average length of time for a student taking a full course load is five semesters. A minimum of 70 semester credit hours is required for graduation.
