A minimum of 60 semester credit hours must be transferred from an associate degree in a health care related discipline from Herzing University or another nationally or regionally accredited college or university. Applicable associated degree disciplines include but are not limited to: laboratory technology, medical assisting, medical billing, medical coding, medical office administration, nursing, surgical technology, radiologic technology, physical therapist assistant, and therapeutic massage.
The program prepares students with the necessary skills and academic knowledge for entry-level or management training positions in health care management as well as various other business enterprises, such as business administration and human resources.
Potential entry-level and management training position titles include human resources representative, client services representative, office manager, health care administrator, or medical office manager.
This program is offered in three formats: Traditional Classroom, Online, and Accelerated. Not all formats are available at all campuses for all courses.
